When your team builds more than just a birdhouse Shelter, gesture, impact— all in one act
When we look up to the sky, we hear more than just birdsong — it’s a reminder that every living creature needs its place. In a time when natural nesting sites are disappearing, your team steps up with a solution. Together, you’ll create shelters for birds that become part of your story of responsibility and care for the environment. Every birdhouse you build will symbolize your commitment to sustainability and teamwork. Nature hears every step you take — and rewards it with life returning in kind.
Let’s help where it truly matters.
Building birdhouses is more than just a team activity. It’s a concrete contribution to restoring natural habitats and supporting biodiversity. The birdhouses provide safe nesting spaces for birds, which play a key role in maintaining ecosystem balance — from controlling insects to spreading seeds. This activity gives your team a deeper purpose — connecting teamwork with environmentalresponsibility and turning your joint effort into a lasting, visible mark on the landscape.
Activities
- Introduction and Safety Briefing (BOZP) – a short instruction on work safety, proper use of tools, and handling natural materials in the field.
- Team division and task assignment – participants split into groups and receive a specific plan for building their own birdhouses.
- Building birdhouses and working with natural materials – under the guidance of an instructor, teams construct birdhouses from wood and other natural materials, accompanied by explanations about the importance of bird shelters for biodiversity and the environment.
- Final reflection and presentation of creations – teams share their experiences, take a group photo, and present their finished birdhouses. These outputs can also be used for your company’s CSR communication.
Program overview
The introductory meeting will explain the importance of birdhouses for biodiversity and natural balance. After a safety briefing, participants will get acquainted with the tools and natural materials. Teams will then build birdhouses that provide birds with a safe nesting space. The session concludes with a presentation of the creations, a team photo, and a brief reflection on the meaning of the entire activity.

Location
We build birdhouses where they make sense — in parks, school gardens, natural areas, and directly within company premises. The location is always tailored to your requirements. The birdhouses can be placed in public spaces, forests, community gardens, or even in your own garden. Together, we’ll choose the most suitable spot and take care of everything needed.
