Helping Seniors CSR teambuilding

Senior mentoring is not just about technology. It’s about patience, listening, and moments when a single touch on the screen opens up a whole new world. This CSR activity delivers more than skills – it creates space for understanding, human connection, and a deeper appreciation of values. Each meeting leaves a mark that goes beyond the walls of the care home and the boundaries of the workday. Something truly meaningful is born – for both sides.

• Introductory meeting and program overview – Introducing the activity’s goal, explaining the seniors’ situation, and the role of volunteers within the CSR program.
• Training by our instructors – An interactive session led by our instructors, focusing on technical skills, mentoring methods, and tips for patient and clear communication.
• Pairing into duos/groups – Participants are paired with specific seniors to provide individual attention during the session.
• Mentoring and skill sharing – Volunteers teach seniors practical skills in using phones, the internet, and apps, guided by prepared materials.
• Final reflection and intergenerational connection – Sharing experiences together, summarizing benefits, space for questions and feedback. Ending with a group photo and a warm farewell hug. :)

We create whatever is needed – For example, refreshments, flowers, or small treats for the seniors, and other little touches to enhance the atmosphere during the program.

The program begins with an introductory meeting where participants gain an overview of the activity’s goals, the seniors’ situation, and the importance of their role within CSR. This is followed by an interactive training focused on technical skills and a sensitive approach. After dividing into pairs, the mentoring session takes place – sharing skills in using mobile phones, the internet, and apps. The program concludes with a group reflection, feedback, and a symbolic bridging of generations.
