Helping doesn’t mean changing the whole world at once. Sometimes, it’s enough to change one small part of the world around us—and do it together. Cleaning public spaces is a concrete action that makes a real difference. It improves the environment, protects nature, and fosters a company culture that isn’t afraid to take action. That’s what a responsible CSR program looks like.

• Introduction and Safety Briefing – A brief welcome for participants, explanation of the event’s purpose, and instructions on field safety and proper use of protective equipment.
• Team Division and Area Assignment – Participants split into smaller teams and receive specific cleanup zones, maps, tools, and necessary instructions.
• Cleanup and Waste Sorting – Teams collect trash in their assigned areas, sort the materials found, and document the process with “before and after” photos.
• Team Challenges and Motivational Activities – Fun challenges take place during the cleanup, such as a contest for the most unusual find, to boost engagement and team spirit.
• Final Reflection and Group Photo – Review of results, sharing experiences, waste collection statistics, and a team photo for internal and external communication.

We kick off the program with a brief introduction—why cleaning matters, the impact it has, and what to expect throughout the day. Then, we split into teams, grab bags and gloves, and head out into the field. The day includes trash collection and sorting, enriched with fun tasks that liven up the experience and strengthen relationships. At the end, we gather the results and reflect on what we’ve accomplished together.
