In our CSR charitable Treasure Hunt, charity isn’t just about fundraising; it’s about active involvement. Every completed task turns into a contribution to a place you choose. Your energy gains a tangible impact—and a meaning that lasts long after the game ends.
Activities
- Introduction and rules briefing – a brief welcome for participants, presentation of the game’s concept, the purpose of the charitable aspect, and explanation of technical and safety instructions.
- Team formation and app launch – participants divide into teams and receive tablets with the game app.
- Completing tasks in the field – teams follow their assigned route, completing challenges ranging from logic quizzes to creative tasks with a charitable impact (messages for children, trash collection, etc.).
- Points for tasks = money for help – for each completed task, teams earn points that automatically convert into a specific financial donation from the company or partner.
- Conclusion, evaluation, and donation handover – after the game ends, points are totaled and the total amount generated is calculated. The winning team decides where the donation will go, and all participants receive a certificate recognizing their contribution.
Program Overview
The form of the charitable collection is flexible and can be agreed upon. Possible options include:
- Each team contributes an entry fee (e.g., 2,000 CZK) – the amount goes directly to a charitable cause.
- Teams complete tasks during the game and collect points. Each point equals an additional donation from the company or partner.
At the end of the game, points are converted into a total donation. The winning team chooses the beneficiary of the funds (non-profit organization, project, or initiative).
