Managerial Skills Course
4 - 6 HOURS10 - 30 PEOPLELOW DIFFICULTY
Not everyone with "manager" in their email knows how to lead people. Leading a team isn’t just about spreadsheets, outputs, and deadlines. It’s mostly about people—and about you. In this course, we won’t pretend there’s only one right leadership style. Instead, we’ll help you discover your own—functional, clear, and respected.
No old-school mentoring clichés, no “micromanage this.” You’ll get training packed with practical tools, real scenarios, and the ability to respond, lead, and support your team so they want to stand behind you.
Because a great manager isn’t someone who knows everything—but someone who helps the team achieve more than they could on their own.
Course Program
- The Role of a Manager – Today’s manager as leader, coach, coordinator, and safety net. Which hats do you wear—and when to use each?
- Communication That Holds the Team Together – How to say even unpopular things, how to listen, and how to assign tasks clearly and constructively.
- Motivation and Leading People – What really motivates people? (Spoiler: it’s not just salary.) And how to create an environment where they want to give their best.
- Delegation and Trust – How to let go of the reins without everything falling apart. A skill every manager knows about—but few truly master.
- Feedback and Team Development – How to discuss what’s not working without unnecessary defensiveness or conflict. And how to give praise that really matters.
- Performance and Priority Management – How to set goals, stay focused on results, and avoid getting drowned in daily operations.
Training Methodology
- Practical Training of Real Situations – meetings, one-on-ones, crisis discussions… What to do, what to say, and what to avoid.
- Scenario-Based Role-Playing – a safe space for mistakes and progress.
- Reflection on Your Management Style – we won’t change you, but help you grow with what you already have.
- Sharing Experiences and Best Practices – because every team and manager is different, but inspiration is transferable.
- Respect for Reality – a course tailored to the specific challenges of your role, not theoretical ideals.
Program overview
At the start, each participant maps out their current management style—how they communicate, motivate, handle conflicts, and assign work. Together, we identify strengths as well as areas that need improvement.
The course is delivered through interactive modules—each tool is immediately practiced in simulations or real situations from your work environment. From task delegation and conducting conversations to tougher talks like “what to do with a colleague who underperforms but is well-liked.”
In the end, each participant creates a personalized action plan with concrete steps to apply in practice—no generic advice, but a meaningful shift that works for both them and their team.
Benefits for your team
- Stronger and more confident managers—equipped with skills to lead their teams toward results and a healthy work environment.
- Better communication across teams—clear leadership reduces misunderstandings and fosters greater autonomy.
- A healthy feedback culture—supporting growth instead of punishing mistakes, increasing openness and trust.
- Higher efficiency and accountability—clear goals, trust in delegation, and more room for decision-making within the team.
- Prevention of manager burnout—learning to manage stress, priorities, and personal resources effectively.
Why do we do it all?
Because being a manager today is more demanding than ever. The pressure to perform, constant changes, the need for both empathy and decisiveness. Yet managers often learn on the fly—through trial and error.
We believe that managing people can be learned consciously. Without directives, without stress, without pretense. Just with a genuine commitment to growth, leadership, and meaningful work. And this course will guide you exactly there.
