Communication isn’t just about what we say — it’s also about how, when, and to whom we say it. At work, in a team, with clients… sometimes just a few extra words or the wrong tone can lead to misunderstandings, delays, or even conflict.

In this course, we won’t teach you to manipulate or sugarcoat. We’ll teach you to speak so that others understand you — and actually want to listen. We’ll also teach you to listen in a way that really matters. And when tension arises? We’ll show you how to stay calm and handle even the toughest conversations with dignity.

  • Basics of clear and concise communication How to express yourself clearly, briefly, and still humanely — without unnecessary words or beating around the bush.
  • Listening as a key skill
    Active listening, reading between the lines, and working with non-verbal signals.
  • Types of communication styles
    Some people speak in bullet points, others need a story. How to adapt without losing yourself.
  • Handling difficult conversations
    Conflicts, feedback, emotions. How to stay respectful and keep your message intact.
  • Argumentation and persuasiveness
    How to structure your thoughts so they make sense and have impact — without pressure.
  • Team and organizational communication
    How to communicate across hierarchies, convey changes, and prevent confusion and assumptions.

Program Overview

We’ll start by looking at how you usually communicate – with colleagues, your boss, clients. We’ll map out your strengths and blind spots. Then we’ll dive into specific situations: how to say “no,” how to resolve tension in a team, how to deliver a complex assignment so the other side truly understands.

The course is hands-on – you’ll practice conversations, discussions, and giving feedback. Step by step, you’ll gain more confidence, learn to phrase things more precisely, and pick up on what the other side doesn’t say out loud. You’ll leave with tools that make your communication not just “an exchange of words,” but real understanding.
