Our teambuilding drops you right into the world of an improvised fair, where it’s not just about making something — but knowing how to sell it, too. You create, you scheme, you negotiate — and maybe you’ll discover a hidden dealmaker in yourself, or a master of team strategy.
Program Overview
At the start, participants are divided into teams, each choosing their role in the whole “project” — from production to sales. Every team gets a starting budget in the form of fictional currency and a basic set of tools.
The materials for production can either be fully provided by us or — depending on the location and agreement — teams can first head out into nature to gather them on their own. That first journey for materials is already a mini expedition in teamwork, creativity, and smart strategy. Then it’s time to get to work crafting their products.
Next comes the opening of the market — part of the team sells, part shops. Each team has a limited budget and one goal: stand out, persuade, and sell. It’s not just the earnings that count, but also originality, teamwork, and the ability to pitch their idea. At the end, everything is tallied up — and the stories and laughs from the day last much longer than the profits themselves.
