Adaptation course For students the best

THE CHALLENGE WE ACCEPTED

Organizing an adaptation course can be demanding — arranging snacks, bedding, and communicating with suppliers takes time that should be spent focusing on the class itself. Our goal was to create a worry-free environment where teachers can fully concentrate on getting to know the new group and building relationships among students. We designed the adaptation courses to strengthen the team in a playful way, helping students get to know not only each other but also their teachers, laying a solid foundation for effective communication throughout their studies. What’s more? The beaches, water, and surrounding forests provide the perfect setting for school events that combine physical activity, nature, and teamwork.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Day One – Upon arrival, there is a welcome and accommodation. The morning is dedicated to icebreaker activities. After lunch and a short break, the creative Formula 1 Races program begins. After dinner, students enjoy an unconventional and exciting sports competition, followed by the evaluation of the teams. The day ends with a review before bedtime.

Day Two – The morning focuses on developing thinking skills and memory techniques through games. After lunch and a break, the popular Treasure Hunt game supports team communication. In the evening, there is a fun competition evaluation, and the day ends with a campfire or a night game.

Day Three – In the morning, packing and room cleaning take place. After breakfast, students enjoy sports and creative activities. A tasty lunch concludes the course with a final evaluation and group photo. Emphasis is placed on developing thinking through puzzles and strategic games, as well as on team communication, where students learn to listen and express their opinions effectively. Evenings are spent sharing experiences around the campfire, finishing the day with reflection that helps summarize impressions and strengthen class relationships.

WHAT DO OUR CLIENTS SAY?

“We have completed the adaptation course at Máchovo Lake with HOTROCK for the second time. The cooperation always works perfectly, and if any requests arise from our side, they can quickly adapt even during the ongoing course. The instructors are easygoing and complement each other well, which reflects on our students – everyone finds ‘their guide’ who inspires or supports them. The program is varied and always tailored to our needs.

Since we are a transport school, the Formula races are what our students enjoy the most—from building racing machines, through presenting them, to the actual race. The cooperation with the agency was professional and flexible, so I’m happy to recommend them further.”
