This training is intended for everyone who works at heights using rope access or works suspended on a rope. Participants will learn how to properly use fall arrest systems, work positioning systems, fall arrest devices, as well as advanced rope access techniques. The training also includes rescue from a rope and the use of various rescue systems.
What to expect from the training
Theoretical part:
You will gain an overview of basic legal regulations, occupational health and safety (OHS), and standards related to work at heights. We will teach you to navigate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), distinguish between an anchor point and an anchoring device, understand force distribution when moving on an inclined surface, and master basic first aid.
Practical part:
In practice, you will personally try out:
Independent movement on a rope
Use of a secondary rope
Rescue – freeing from a rope system
Building pulley systems
Working with various systems: fall arrest, positioning, restraint, and rescue systems

Conditions for Successful Completion
To successfully complete the training, 100% attendance is required, signing the attendance sheet, passing a written test, and successfully completing a practical exam.
Validity of the Training
The certificate is valid for 1 year. Annual one-day refresher training is required.
Location
We are based in the Ústí Region but conduct training throughout the Czech Republic.
