The ability to provide first aid is valuable not only in the workplace but also in everyday life. It is a skill everyone should master, because you never know when you might need to administer basic first aid. We can tailor the first aid training program to your needs. Based on the activities of your company, we will adjust and focus the training on the specifics relevant to your employees.
What to Expect from the Training
Theoretical part:
The basics of first aid include rescuer safety, assessing the situation and the condition of the injured person, correct procedures for resuscitation, stopping bleeding, and helping with non-injury conditions. It is also important to know how to use medical supplies such as bandages, dressings, and a defibrillator, and to be able to call for help, stay calm, and cooperate within a team.
Practical part:
In practice, you will try yourself:
Demonstration and practice of proper first aid.
Simulated scenarios.
Evaluation and feedback.
Who the Training is For
This course is designed for all employees, regardless of their profession – from office staff and production workers to field positions. It is suitable both for teams that rarely encounter first aid situations and for those working in environments with a higher risk of injury. The course is valuable for anyone who wants to be prepared to act in a crisis – whether at work, at home, or in public.
Conditions for successful completion
Successful completion of the training requires 100% attendance, signing the attendance sheet, passing a written test, and successfully completing a practical exam.
Validity of the training
The certificate is valid for 1 year. A one-day refresher training is required annually.

We are based in the Ústí Region, but we conduct training throughout the Czech Republic.
