For the Pirate’s Treasure Teambuilding will let you embark on an adventurous quest full of ciphers, challenges, and excitement. You’ll search for treasure using a mysterious map, tackle team tasks, rappel down cliffs, and conquer secured routes. Together, you’ll overcome obstacles, strengthen team spirit, and enjoy plenty of action and fun. The pirate treasure must be earned — but the journey is worth it!
Program Overview
At the start of this pirate event, you’ll form crews that set off on a thrilling expedition for the lost treasure. You’ll face an exciting journey filled with ciphers, tasks, and obstacles that will help you gather valuable clues.
The treasure is hidden on a mysterious island deep in the forest. To reach it, you’ll have to overcome natural challenges — rappelling, river crossing, securing water and food. But beware! Other pirate crews are after the same treasure and will try to slow you down. Can your team be the first to claim it?

The program difficulty will be adjusted to participants’ physical abilities – you can choose from soft, medium, and hard levels.
The chosen level can also be modified during the event depending on how the teams feel. This ensures everyone enjoys the adventure regardless of fitness level.
