Day for Children CSR Teambuilding
3 - 5 HOURS30 - 500 PEOPLELOW DIFFICULTY
Share experience – plant hope Shared moments that show the way
Informal learning with real impact. As part of this CSR activity, employees visit children’s homes and, through open conversation, share their professional paths, day-to-day work, and the values they uphold. This way, they bring the world of careers closer to children who often have limited access to such insights. The program concludes with a hands-on group activity – such as cleaning the surroundings or building insect hotels or birdhouses.
Let’s help where it truly matters.
Children in children’s homes need more than just care — they need inspiration. Your stories, professions, and personal approach can open new horizons. A day spent in a children’s home is about sharing experiences, supporting the next generation, and engaging in a meaningful CSR activity — one that leaves a lasting impact, both within hearts and out in the world.
Activities
- Introductory briefing – a short introduction to the purpose of the activity, information about the children’s home, age group, and tips for respectful communication with the kids.
- Presentation of professions and inspiring talks – employees share their profession, daily work, and career path in a clear and personal way.
- Interaction with children and sharing experiences – an open space for questions, stories, and laughter. Informal conversations that bring the adult world closer and inspire children to explore their own future.
- Final joint activity (based on agreement) – depending on the home’s preferences, the program concludes with a hands-on activity such as cleaning the surroundings or building insect hotels or birdhouses – practical teamwork that leaves a meaningful and visible result.
Program Overview
The program begins with an introductory meeting at the children’s home, where participants receive information about the age group and the overall flow of the day. This is followed by an interactive session in which employees introduce their professions through short, engaging, and easy-to-understand presentations. After a discussion and activities with the children, the program continues with a shared outdoor task – such as cleaning the premises or building insect hotels or birdhouses, serving as a demonstration of teamwork and care for the environment.
Benefits for your team
- Development of presentation and communication skills: sharing experiences with children enhances the ability to explain clearly, listen actively, and connect meaningfully.
- Strengthening team collaboration and shared purpose: participating in activities outside the work environment builds stronger relationships and bridges gaps across departments.
- Building empathy and social responsibility: interacting with children fosters patience, sensitivity, and a desire to contribute positively to society.
- Natural break from daily routine: a change of environment, meaningful activity, and shared experiences bring renewed energy and fresh perspective.

Day for children Through the Eyes of Participants
ee what happens when the daily work routine gives way to sharing, inspiration, and genuine human connection. CSR teambuilding at a children’s home creates moments that strengthen the team, open space for values, and stay in memory long after the last words of conversation and collaboration have ended.
