Survival and Formula 1 Racing 2 days. 2 challenges. 1 amazing team.

THE CHALLENGE WE ACCEPTED

Our task? To design a two-day teambuilding experience for the international team from Vocalls. The brief? Day one – an adventurous outdoor program. Day two – a creative activity spiced up with a dose of competition. The goal was to bring together employees from across the globe, strengthen collaboration, and create memories that last.

HOW DID IT GO?

Day one was all about survival. The Survival Course pulled participants deep into the world of outdoor skills – from fire starting and water sourcing & filtration, to first aid, abseiling, rope ladders, archery, and spear throwing. Set in the scenic surroundings of Vila Čapek, the team faced real challenges, practiced teamwork, and had loads of fun.

On day two, the adrenaline kicked in with our Formula 1 Races. Teams designed and built their very own racing machines before going head-to-head in a thrilling final. Creativity, strategy, and cooperation were the keys to crossing the finish line.

Two days. Two completely different programs. One shared outcome: pure excitement, laughter, and unforgettable moments connecting colleagues from Czechia, Brazil, and London.
