THE CHALLENGE WE ACCEPTED

We started planning the teambuilding with the client back in January. The goal was to organize an unforgettable water trip for colleagues from the Czech and Hungarian branches of Patria Finance. The requirements were clear – the Vltava River, ideally in June, and full service from accommodation and transport to catering. The plan considered up to 150 participants, but we had to be prepared for any changes. The final organization included airport transfers, boat snacks, two nights of accommodation, sports ground rentals, catering, and a program beyond the river descent itself.

EVENT FLOW

Our teambuilding on the water took place on the Vyšší Brod – Rožmberk section. The weather was ideal on the day of the event. Thanks to a weekday date, the river stretch was nearly empty, and with a higher water flow (approx. +3 m³), the passage was smooth and without delays. After the descent, participants enjoyed lunch in a stylish brewery and later sports activities on rented fields. The entire logistics – from snacks to bus transfers – worked like clockwork. In the end, 110 participants arrived, and the two-day program went flawlessly. Great atmosphere, a perfectly coordinated team, and the joy of a successful event will warm us for a long time.
